Manage the complete payroll process for the organisation utilising Sage 300.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, allowances, deductions, and taxes.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Prepare and distribute monthly payroll reports and year-end tax documentation.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management in a professional manner.
Assist in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes in relation to payroll updates.
Collaborate with the finance team for reconciliations and reporting purposes.
Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
Specific experience using Sage 300 for payroll processing.
Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor legislation in South Africa.
Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience handling payroll in a professional environment.
Experience in the property or real estate sector would be advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with employee benefits administration is a plus.
