Diploma * Registration with relevant professional body (Will be an added advantage)Experience
  • A minimum of 4 yearsxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2 experience in payroll administration in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR Module
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation BCEA, LRA, Skills Development, Provident Fund Tax Act, COIDA etc.
Payroll Processingxc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Reviews salary data and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.xc3x82
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Maintain and update payroll records on SAPHR.xc3x82
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Compiling monthly reports and preparing payments for all third parties.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Executing the running of simulation and final payroll.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Prepare ad hoc and monthly salary payments for all payrolls.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Analysing monthly variances on all payroll related accounts.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Identify payment /data risks and recommend corrective actions.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Prepare legislative reconciliation and payments.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Assisting with internal and external audit queries.xc3x82
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Providing consistent advice and support to Human Capital Business Partners.xc3x82
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Producing IRP5xc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s and prepare reconciliation of PAYE, UIF and SDL.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Analysing costing reports advise on findings.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Using computerised systems e.g., SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook and databases, to input and manage data and produce required documentation.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 xc3x82 xc3x82 Generating reports for payments e.g., PAYE returns and other third parties.xc3x82
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2Keep abreast with company policies and tax legislations that impact on remuneration
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Monitor leave management to ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Analyse leave utilisation trends to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Prepare reports, letters, and documents relative to this role.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 To liaise with and give appropriate information and advice to clients as and when required; via email/telephone etc.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 To assist with the general administration of work within the payroll teamReporting, Payroll Systems Management and Maintenancexc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 To assist in the compilation of reports and records and assessment of data as may be required by the Supervisor
