:The Payroll Administrator - VIP Premier will be responsible for managing payroll functions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries. The administrator will work with the VIP Premier payroll system and handle tasks such as calculating wages, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with payroll-related regulations.Responsibilities:
Process payroll using the VIP Premier system
Calculate employee wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions accurately
Manage employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans
Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations and laws
Prepare and submit payroll taxes and other payroll-related reports
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
Assist with payroll audits and provide the necessary documentation
Communicate payroll-related information to employees
Essential Qualifications:
Matric , Payroll Diploma - VIP Premier Experience
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a payroll administration role
Experience using the VIP Premier payroll system
Knowledge of payroll-related regulations and laws
Experience with payroll tax calculations and reporting
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
