COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
Our client, providing payroll solutions to various sized companies, is looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their team. This position will be based in Pretoria.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately capturing information
- Loading payments on the bank
- Invoicing
- Assisting the Payroll Manager with day-to-day duties
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- 2 - 3 Years experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Payroll knowledge
- Pastel invoicing experience
- Advanced Excel Skills
- SAGE Premier Payroll experience
- Nedbank banking experience
- Ability to perform accurately and timeously in a highly pressurized environment
- Must be self-motivated
