Job Description
Nelspruit Area xe2x80x93 Mpumalanga: Our client is looking for a Payroll Clerk to join the team.Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Payroll Certificate/finance/ related field
- Strong knowledge or payroll laws and regulations
- Packhouse experience will be advantageous
- Sage
- ERS Biometrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical abilities are crucial
- Excellent knowledge and computer skills (MS Office)
- Effective handling of detailed information and consistent attention to detail
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employeexe2x80x99s information
- Calculate and process employee deductions, including taxes, benefits, and other with holdings
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits and other payroll-related documents
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
- Administration
