Our valued client has a vacancy for an experienced PAYROLL CLERK/ADMINISTRATOR in East London, Eastern Cape, ZA.

The successful incumbent will have worked in similar role with contactable references.
Requirements :
  • Matric
  • Payroll Administration experience (monthly and weekly)
  • Minimum 3 years experience as payroll clerk
  • Experience with Accsys Payroll and Excel required
  • 120 employees paid weekly
  • Reside in East London, ZA
  • Own reliable transport
Knowledge:
  • Payroll processes
  • Leave processes
  • Provident Fund processes
  • Payroll administrative process
Skills:
  • Competent levels of computer literacy
  • Considerable verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
Attitude / behavior:
  • Good communication etiquette
