This position will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town, reporting to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor.Job description

• To check and validate all payroll submissions across all business units efficiently, on time, accurately and in accordance with company policies and legislation.
• To execute tasks accurately, on time and in accordance with payroll procedures, company policies and legislation
• To check and report on the application of relevant legislative requirements and deadlines dates
• To record all HR and Payroll administration accurately to enable compliance reporting

Minimum requirementsQualifications and Experience:

• Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Administration/Accounting
• 1 - 3 years of experience within an Administration/Payroll environment
