This position is responsible for processing and assisting in the coordination and preparation of weekly and monthly payroll. Assisting in maintenance of payroll and leave system, updating and maintaining payroll reports.
REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor's degree/Diploma in accounting or similar field.
? Advanced Mathematics skills.
? Proficiency with payroll software including QuickBooks, SAGE, EPAY and Gusto, an advantage.
? Proficiency in MS Office an advantage.
COMPETENCIES
? Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
? Knowledge of calculating employee working hour
? Knowledge of calculating employee benefits and deductions.
? Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations
? Preparing payroll reports
? Distributing payments statements.
? Responding to employee's questions pertaining compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions
? Loading new employee's data into the company database
? Change employee banking records when necessary.
? Calculate annual leave and processing of termination payments.
? Planning and organizing.
? Administration skills.
? Communication skills (written and verbal).
? Sensitivity and understanding.
? Attention to detail and accuracy.
