:
The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:
Ensure payroll strategy implementation is aligned with Organizational goals
Ensure SARS payroll related Compliance
Manage employee benefits fund administration for the Group
Manage payroll processing team
Ensure efficient and timeous Payroll Processing
Entry point for all Queries including but not limited to audit, shareholder and operational matters
Checking and signing off of payrolls to ensure information is 100% correct
Maintain accurate records and provide senior leadership with payroll analytics to effectively manage their teams
Manage key relationships with Payroll stakeholders and vendors
Prepare annual Payroll budget for the Group
Effective Leave Administration across the groupSkills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
VIP / SAGE 300 People experience nonnegotiable
SARS e-filing and tax experience beneficialQualification:
