My client is a prominent player in the construction industry and is currently seeking a Payroll Manager. This critical role spans across multiple companies within their group.Key Responsibilities
Oversee and administer payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare comprehensive financial and payroll reports.
Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
Ensure all account balances are accurate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
Manage electronic timekeeping systems or manually review timesheets.
Provide payroll-related information and support to employees, assisting the Payroll Clerk.
Submit required SARS documentation, including EMP101, EMP201, and EMP501.
Manage and oversee yearly salary and wage increases.
Assist with various deductions such as loans, advances, and garnishee orders.
Process third-party payments including MIBFA, medical aid, and NEASA.
Manage deductions for taxes, UIF, levies, and other statutory requirements.Minimum Requirements and Experience
10+ years of payroll administration/management experience.
Minimum National Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Payroll.
Strong payroll and HR skills, with the ability to manage the entire Sage VIP Premier payroll system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with MEIBC and MIBFA is essential.How to Apply:
