Job Description
Candidates with completed matric certificate and extensive experience in payroll/accounting roles focusing on managing payroll systems and teams will be considered for the role of payroll manager. Candidates preferably with a proficiency in VIP Payroll, Excel, and the ability to adapt to the Build Smart system are essential for the role.My client is seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong understanding of payroll systems, tac and BCEA calculations within the construction industry. Individuals with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, is organised and timely; has the ability to handle conflict, take initiative and can work in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
