Job Summary Duties: Manage Entire Payroll Function
Implement, maintain and review payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions including salaries, statutory deductions, benefits, garnishments and other deductions i.e. loans, AODs, etc.
Reconcile benefits to monthly schedules/invoices received
(Discovery & Vitality, GAP, Nedbank Medical Savings, Momentum, Stratfin)
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
Facilitate HR/Payroll Audits
Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems and procedures
