Job Summary Duties: Manage Entire Payroll Function

  • Implement, maintain and review payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions including salaries, statutory deductions, benefits, garnishments and other deductions i.e. loans, AODs, etc.
  • Reconcile benefits to monthly schedules/invoices received
  • (Discovery & Vitality, GAP, Nedbank Medical Savings, Momentum, Stratfin)
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
  • Facilitate HR/Payroll Audits
  • Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems and procedures
  • Submit monthly statutory reports (EMP201 & UIF declarations)
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Finance Diploma
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Must have management experience
  • Sage VIP People experience
  • ESS experience
