- Calculate and distribute employee wages, including overtime, bonuses and deductions.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee hours, salaries, and deductions.
- Ensure payroll complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Administer employee benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and leave accruals.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues raised by employees.
- Generate payroll reports and summaries for internal use and compliance.
- Update employee information, including status, personal details or pay rates.
- Work with the HR department to ensure accurate payroll data and records.
- Perform regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, including with holdings and social security contributions.
Completed Matric.
Completed Bcom in Accounting and related field.
5+ years experience in a similar role in finance.
