Job SummaryThe purpose of the position is to process payroll within the Company. Responsibilities: Payroll: Ensure that statutory payments are processed within the specified time constraints. Ascertain that the right tax calculations are loaded into the system. Calculate and process employee wages, as well as address payroll queries. Capture payroll data and guarantee data accuracy. Retirement Funds: Ensure that monthly benefit reconciliations are performed accurately Administer retirement fund process and follow up on claims HR Administration: Compile monthly reports Handle petty cash Maintain employee records Administer engagements and terminations on payroll system Advances and Loans: Administer employee loans and queries Workman compensation: Responsible for claims monitoring and administration, report generation and communication with employees Ensure timely processing of workers' compensation claims Qualifications and requirements: Mathematics and Accounting skills One to Two years Diploma payroll related discipline At lease 5 years VIP Payroll experienceLKM Humn Capital SolutionsRecruiter
