DUR002133 - PAYROLL SUPERVISOR - JHB EASTJob Purpose:
responsible for supervising and coordinating payroll processing operations.Required Qualifications:
- National Certificate NQF Level 4 / Grade 12
- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. (advantageous).
- Minimum 4 years of Payroll experience with at least a year in a Leadership position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- A high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, senior executives, and staff.
- Good knowledge of the full payroll function, including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Comprehensive understanding of Compensation and wage structures, benefits administration, worker compensation and employment laws.
- Good supervisory and leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Sage 300 Payroll and ESS is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to multitask.
- Can work effectively in a high-pressure environment
