Job Description
The job entails providing PC and User support. This includes User account and mail administration, the co-ordination of the repairs and servicing of computer equipment.
Provide fast and efficient PC and User support.
- On Site and remote End User Support (all applications and printers)
- PC Support (hardware and software)
- Security
- Co-ordinate repairs and servicing of Computer Equipment
- Documentation creation and maintenance
- Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality Responsibilities
- Grade 12 Certificate with relevant industry experience, Minimum of A+ and N+ certification
- Strong technical skills in - Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Network, Security and Printers
- Excellent Written & Oral communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling
- Multi-tasker, Can-Do Attitude, Flexible, Attention to detail, Problem solver, Customer Focused, Team Player with an ability work autonomously
- Experience in working within a Managed Services 3rd Party Cloud Solution environment advantageous
- Valid Driver's Licence
