An exciting opportunity for a experienced programmatic sales expert to join a leading outdoor advertising agency based in Cape Town or Johannesburg.Job title: Programmatic Digital Out of Home Sales LeadThe PDOOH Sales Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success and integration of PDOOH within the business. Your focus will be on enabling the sales team optimising programmatic operations, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and increasing ad server revenue while ensuring seamless client and agency experiences.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies aligning PDOOH with digital trendsIdentify and pursue Ad Server revenue growth opportunitiesCreate tailored solutions to meet client needs and industry trendsEducate and support the sales team on PDOOHTransition qualified leads to Account ExecutivesDevelop sales enablement tools and collateralGuide operational workflows, campaign setup, and troubleshootingManage relationships with partners (e.g., Polygon, Hivestack) and agenciesCollaborate with marketing to align sales collateral and campaigns with PDOOH goalsMonitor inventory and revenue trends for optimisationRequirements

  • 5-7 years with a strong track record in driving revenue growth and managing strategic partnerships
Proven experience in PDOOH, programmatic advertising, or digital media salesStrong understanding of Ad Server operations, SSPs, and programmatic platformsTrack record of building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growthExperience in developing sales strategies, collateral, and training materialsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and agenciesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsFamiliarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising
