Westfalia Fruit Estates has a permanent vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced People and Culture Officer based in Tzaneen, Limpopo.Reporting to People and Culture, the incumbent will be responsible for Information management, HR Administration, Monthly Wages inputs, Comp & Benefits, Employment Equity & BBBEE and Full recruitment (including onboarding) of Wage employees.Minimum Requirements:Education and Experience:
- Matric
- Post matric HR qualification /Administration
- 3-5 years' experience in HR administration within a large company environment
- Experience with recruitment of seasonal workers preferred
- Internal/External HR audit experience
- Personnel administration
- Information Management
- Leave Management
- Timekeeping and payroll input
- Knowledge of HR and ERP systems, preferable D365
- Labour relations legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSA)
- Computer Literate MS Office, Word and Power Point and excellent Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- People orientated
- Be able to work without supervision
- High level of commitment
- Attention to detail
- Initiative, energetic and Patience
- Service oriented individual that can work under pressure
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
