Partnering with the HR SBV team to understand the all the relevant policies, procedures and philosophies
Providing key SME expertise to the various enablement team members to create and enhance offerings / solutions
Designing and testing various fit for purpose hypothesis linked to the scope of work at hand
Craft new and innovative Compensation models and frameworks for consideration to the Remuneration Department and the Enablement team
Establish various core tribe teams linked to the applicable piece of work, from the relevant departments to create a robust design and solution team from a people perspective to deliver on the agreed upon items
Responsible for all related reporting, presentations and outcomes linked to the allocated pieces of work and ensuring alignment across the HR team
Conduct deep dives into current offerings and related terms & conditions to understand the impact on new service / product offerings
Partner with the applicable HR SME & procurement to onboard any additional partners / vendors to deliver upon the allocated piece of work
Establish healthy ways of work to ensure the successful implementation of approved initiatives from inception until embedment.
Track and report on post implementation value realisation, providing feedback to both the Senior management of enablement and HR
