Work closely with all employees, managers and senior leaders within assigned population to ensure the implementation of companys Play to Win Strategy , and P&C strategy, policies and programs, enhance culture, employee engagement, and ultimately align P&C transformative initiatives with business objectives.
Support & execute workforce planning activities & Headcount segmentation.
Provide regular status updates on Headcount reporting in cooperation with controlling team.
Enhance and promote workforce retention by analyzing exit interviews to pinpoint improvement opportunities and provide analysis for people turn over rate.
Follow up with people services team on the onboarding of newly hired employees ensuring consistency of our hiring processes until candidate 1st effective date in light with the onboarding policy.
Develop announcements for internal promotions and appointments for the assigned population.
Ensure workday data integrity with the latest organization with all promotions/cross moves/terminations.
Updating and implementation of policies and practices.
Talent Acquisition:
Support and guide the RPO team on all talent acquisition initiatives and operations.
Support hiring managers with mapping correct skills and capabilities for current and future plan for Talent acquisition activities.
Share Global TA principles and practices with RPO team and ensure adherence with TA strategy.
Align with local legislative requirements relating to DE&I and BEE strategy.
People & Culture Analytics:
Make the best use of P&C information system (Workday) to properly extract data and reports, to monitor headcount, internal movement, turnover, etc
Support in the data cleaning processes in cooperation with People Services & R&P teams.
Achieve assigned KPIs related to:
Follow up reports to meet Performance management deadlines.
Follow up reports on Talent management cycle, population percentage and development actions implementation.
Talent Management:
Follow up reports on Talent management cycle and population percentage on Workday system.
Follow up on the implementation of talents blended development plans by capitalizing on 70 20 10 SANOFI learning approach identified by managers during talent management cycles to accelerate their readiness.
Support in the implementation of the organization development programs & run regular satisfaction surveys to analyze contributors performance & program efficiency.
Performance Impact:
Support in the implementation of the performance cycles in alignment with the global guidelines and timelines.
Provide P&C information & technical sessions on how to build IDPs considering 70 20 10.
Responsible of performance management cycle for the population who doesnt have performance document on the system including contingent workers through:
Making sure that all employees has got a performance document/rating.
Calibration & validation of the received performance ratings with hiring manager
Communication of final ratings to R&P team for implementation within annual compensation recommendations cycle.
Provide and communicate the importance of managing low performers to managers and follow up on Individual Improvement plan.
Comply with company procedures and current regulations on hygiene and safety:
Properly use the work equipment, dangerous substances and preparations as well as the supplied collective and personal protective equipment according to the instructions received.
Promptly report to your superior any dangerous conditions of which you become aware.
Employee Relations
Manage and support business on employee relations topics.
Facilitate the preparation and logistics of disciplinary discussions and processes in line with the Sanofi local and global Corrective Actions and disciplinary policy .
Represent the company externally on legal matters at CCMA
Coordinate the requirements and meetings of the Disciplinary committee.
Track , monitor and report on employee relations matters, with emphasis and escalation on the Zero Tolerance behaviours.
Align with EBI on specific campaigns and matters linked to the no tolerance behaviours.
BBBEE Legislative Requirements
Ensure local P&C alignment with the overall DE&I strategy.
Collaborate with the Transformation manager on the BEE strategy and pillars relevant to P&C.
Manage and monitor Employment Equity targets in-line with the transformation strategy .
Coordinate and facilitate requirements from P&C for the BEE verification period.
Facilitate and manage the overall governance of the Sanofi Employment Equity Committee.
Others:
Perform other duties as assigned.

Respect of personal data protection charter.
Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.
ABOUT YOU:Education:
Relevant bachelors degree
Post-Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources will be a plus.
Eligibility:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience as Business Partner
Workday experience is advantageous
Exposure in a multinational company is advantageous

Business partnering skills.

Experience working within a complex, geographically distributed organization with a strong focus on execution and speed.
Ability to acquire organizational savvy.
Effective communication & persuasion skills
Excellent English language
Very Good knowledge with Digital tools & Computer systems
