We're looking for a People & Culture Admin Coordinator to join our team
The People & Culture Admin Coordinator is a vital role within our HR team. This position will support the day-to-day HR administrative functions and ensure that all HR activities are executed effectively and efficiently. You will serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries and administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
Manage HR-related documentation, such as contracts and policies, and ensure they are updated.
Assist with payroll processing by providing relevant employee information.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support wellbeing programs.
Compile relevant information regarding audits i.e. Company annual audits, internal & external compliance such as BCEA, EEA, SIZA, BBBEE, WSP & ATR.
Requirements
Education:
Matric is required.
Minimum 3 years Diploma in HR, Administration or equivalent.
Experience:
3 years previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar.
Experience working with a total headcount of 1000+.
Experience with recruitment of seasonal workers preferred.
Internal/external HR audit experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Desirable:
Experience with HR software and systems.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Experience in the FMCG or food production industry.
