Through our vertically-integrated supply chain we grow, source, ripen, pack, process and market quality avocadoes & fresh produce 365 days a year & across the globe.With the largest avocado-growing footprint in the world, we are recognised as the leading #avo experts and considered as the supplier of choice to both retail & wholesale customers whom we serve from sales offices in the UK, Europe, North America, Latin America & Southern Africa.Westfalia Fruit Estate situated in Limpopo, Tzaneen, has a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced:People & Culture Business PartnerReporting to Head of People & Culture, the incumbent will be responsible for providing HR generalist support including organisational development, recruitment within authority matrix, Support IR with handling of disciplines, consult with operations on IR matters and Facilitates HR compliance with all labour legislation (EE, BCEA, NMW, Sectoral Determination, LRA, SDA etc.)Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure organisational charts are continuously updated.

• Develop and update job descriptions.

• Develop and implement Employment Equity plans.

• Review succession plans and risk profiles.

• Facilitate EE committee.

• Work closely with operations and consult as required.

• Offering advisory support to day-to-day operational needs.

• Support ER specialist with investigations and chairing of disciplinary hearings.

• Conduct Onboarding and Induction trainings.

• Conduct interviews with the employees after probation.

• Ensure managers conduct performance reviews on probation.

• Work closely with talent to monitor and implement IDPs.

• Conduct exit interviews for salaried employees.

• Implement centralized personnel record keeping system.

• Manage internal P&C database.

• Drafting P&C policies & Procedures.

RequirementsEducation:

• Matric is required.

• Minimum 3 years post matric qualification in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.

• Postgraduate degree qualification desired.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HRBP or HR Management role.

• Must have experience in Labour Relations and dealing with internal & external disputes

• Must have a drivers licence.
