Our people are our greatest asset, and we are seeking a People Operations Coordinator who shares our vision for a workplace that nurtures growth, collaboration, and exceptional service.As a People Operations Coordinator at Totalstay, you're not just tucked away in an office shuffling papers; you become the heartbeat of a dynamic, ever-evolving ecosystem where every day is about fostering a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and fun.Through an engaging onboarding process, thoughtful wellness programs, and vibrant team-building events, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff to create a work environment that not only attracts talent but helps them thrive.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring we're attracting top talent in the industry.Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.Performance Management:Assist in developing and executing performance review processes.Provide service excellence training across the portfolio to foster continuous growth and development.Employee Engagement & Culture:Play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of belonging.Coordinate, implement and manage programs aimed at recognizing and rewarding exceptional employee performance.Learning & Development:Assist in identifying training needs, design, and facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.HR Administration & Compliance:Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Manage HR documentation, employee records, and reporting ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Benefits and Compensation Management:Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation structures are maintained.Special Projects:Lead and participate in special projects to drive operational excellence within the People Operations domain and across the organization.Qualifications:Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources / People Operations.Experience in managing HR initiatives that may include talent acquisition, engagement, learning and development, and HR administration.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong writing skills
