If you are passionate about making a significant impact in a dynamic, innovative technical organisation, then you are exactly who we are looking for.Responsibilities includeGovernance and Advisory Support xe2x80x93 ensure efficient and effective processes, procedures and policies are being followed to sustain business growth.Compliance xe2x80x93 ensure all business processes are executed with Skills Development, Employment Equity and BBBEE requirements.Recruitment and retention according to best practices ensuring key talent is sourced, onboarded and retained meeting the companyxe2x80x99s compliance and business requirementsEmployee Relations xe2x80x93 ensure successful internal handling of labour issues by applying exceptional conflict-handling techniques.Training and development xe2x80x93assist with identifying opportunities for developing skills and capabilities aligned to business objectives.
