Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Enhance Business Partnerships:
Act as a primary contact between business units and support functions, driving efficiency improvements.Optimize Workforce Planning:
Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop strategic plans.Employee Wellness:
Manage and enhance wellness programs to improve health outcomes and reduce absenteeism.Talent Acquisition & Retention :
Execute recruitment processes and develop retention strategies to maintain a stable workforce.Performance Management:
Educate and coach managers on performance management and employee development goals.Employee Relations:
Conduct thorough investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring regulatory compliance.Transform Organizational Culture:
Lead change management initiatives and cultivate a positive organizational culture.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or Organisational Psychology.
Valid SA driver's license and own vehicle.
Experience with HR information systems and proficiency in MS Office.
Extensive knowledge of South African labor legislation.
Competencies
2 to 4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail/FMCG or mining industry.
Strong planning and organizing skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and conflict management.
Proven relationship-building capabilities.
High ethical standards and integrity.
Commercial acumen and initiative.
Between 3 - 5 Years
