As an integrated technology company, Siemens aims to play a constructive role in Africa s success story.Responsibilities of the Role-Process Managementxc2xb7 Driving the team to ensure robust process documentation and knowledge management practices.xc2xb7 Robust KPI frameworkxc2xb7 Robust quality frameworkxc2xb7 The management of share plan administration.xc2xb7 Manages escalations and identifies process improvement initiatives to consistently deliver an optimised performance.xc2xb7 Is the main point of contact for company liabilities with external Institutions (e.g. Social Security, Insurances, Government departments etc) and ensures compulsory documentation is always accurate and updated in case of external audit.xc2xb7 Ensure adherence to all BCG Rules and responsibilities such as EHS/Quality Management etc.xc2xb7 Decides on personnel resource allocation and is responsible for the management of related budget planning and reporting.People Managementxc2xb7 Leads and coordinates the assigned team (both local and offshore)xc2xb7 Act as an role model, by building a culture of teamwork, ownership, and trust. As a natural people leader, empower and balance a team of skilled and engaged employees.xc2xb7 Workforce management including recruiting, retaining, performance management, andxc2xb7 engagement.xc2xb7 Drive process improvement and digitalizationxc2xb7 Identify and implement automation.xc2xb7 Fosters people development by setting targets, coaching, providing feedback, encouraging knowledge management, skills development, foster team culture to ensure a strong service attitude and high level of employee engagement.xc2xb7 Ensure that the team understands and supports technology solutions such as Workday, People Center, CARL, EPA, etc.qClient relationshipxc2xb7 Relationship management with the Head - HR for the countries supported.xc2xb7 Governance and Reporting of Metricsxc2xb7 Current operations overviewxc2xb7 Managing future roadmapxc2xb7 Single point of ownership for operational delivery of the region/countriesShort-term goalsxc2xb7 Stabilize operations and deliver high-quality standards.xc2xb7 Establish/enhance quality framework. Continually measure, track and improve quality metricsxc2xb7 across processes.xc2xb7 Establish robust KPI framework; work with the customer organizations to socialize KPI metrics andensure that the KPIs relate to customer expectations of service; monitor escalations and integratelearning from those into KPIs; continually measure, track, and improve KPIs.xc2xb7 Drive productivity and saving targets; establish transaction-based pricing and ensure costs areproportional to BVIs; continually drive measures to reduce cost per transactions; build processessuch that transactional costs are non-linear and result in productivity gains with increasingvolumes.Long-term goalsxc2xb7 Ensure superior strategies for HR Operations, implement new age technologies such as RPA, AI,etc.xc2xb7 Focus on enhancing end user experience across services; diligently measure, track and improveuser satisfaction index.xc2xb7 Focus on delivering value for business and HR; continually measure, track and improve customersatisfaction.Qualifications and Experiencexc2xb7 Relevant formal qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.xc2xb7 5+ years of Team Lead/Managerial experience leading teams and projects in HR environmentxc2xb7 Process and Change Management experience (advantageous)xc2xb7 Knowledge and experience in the administration of both Blue- and White-Collar Employeesxc2xb7 Understanding of Sub-Saharan Africa Country Legislationxc2xb7 Experience with Workday HRIS, PaySpace Payroll and other HR IT Applicationsxc2xb7 Good knowledge of HR / People Management core processesxc2xb7 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Business English)xc2xb7 Strong negotiation skillsSkillsxc2xb7 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint).xc2xb7 Knowledge of Power BI reporting toolsAttributes/Competenciesxc2xb7 Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.xc2xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills.xc2xb7 Excellent planning and organisational skills.xc2xb7 Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities.xc2xb7 Meticulous attention to detail.xc2xb7 Relationship builder and confident communicator.xc2xb7 Energetic and enthusiastic.xc2xb7 Good team player.xc2xb7 Ability to manage, coach, lead and inspire a team of professionals/operators.Our culture:Our culture embraces different perspectives, open debate, and the will to challenge convention.
