The role in a nutshell:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and take ownership of executing paid advertising campaigns across a subset of our digital channels. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.



The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about performance marketing. You will work closely with the performance marketing team, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Your mission will be:

Campaign Execution and Management

Plan, set up, and manage performance marketing campaigns across assigned channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and mobile DSPs.


Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize KPIs like CPA, CTR, ROAS, and LTV.
Collaborate with the creative team to test and iterate on ad creatives and messaging.

Optimization and Testing

Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective audience segments, creatives, and bidding strategies.

Continuously analyze campaign data to uncover opportunities for optimization and scaling.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies based on data.

Collaboration and Innovation

Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to align campaigns with broader marketing goals and strategies.

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in performance marketing and bring new ideas to the team.

A little about you:

Experience and Skills

1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.


Hands-on experience with platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, or mobile DSPs.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or similar.

Optimization and Testing Expertise

Proven ability to execute and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.

Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

Team Collaboration

Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicating effectively with creative and analytical teams.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of campaigns.

Personal and Professional Interests

A keen interest in:

Decentralized cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and finance.

Financial inclusion and/or personal finance.

Additional Skills

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Adaptability to a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
