Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Broker's Assistant / Broker Assistant Administrator role located in Randburg. As a Broker Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, personal assistance and client handling. Your day-to-day tasks may include managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and assisting with general office tasks.Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator / Financial Assistant
  • Insurance / Financial Services or similar industry knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Reside in or near Randburg
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have own transportation
  • Reside near Randburg
