Job Description


:A leading multi-day touring and experience provider is seeking an energetic and people-oriented Personal Assistant to provide business support to the Managing Director. This hybrid, permanent role requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering high-quality administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Monday to Thursday in-office, Friday working from home.Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Oversee insurance policy renewals, reviews, and updates, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Liaison with the accounting team, providing necessary financial information and resolving any queries.
  • Monitor cash flows.
Marketing Support:
  • Draft compelling copy for company newsletters, website updates, and marketing materials.
  • Assist with social media content scheduling and management.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Event Coordination:
  • Manage registration and logistics for industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events.
Operational Management:
  • Manage all paperwork related to vehicle purchases, registrations, and maintenance.
  • Upload monthly invoices and financial documents to Dext (or other accounting software).
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
  • Manage company subscriptions and software licenses..
Sales/Business Development Support (Future Growth):
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Manage CRM data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Client Relationship Management Support (Future Growth):
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage client communication and follow-up.
  • Assist with client feedback collection and analysis.
Project Management Support (Future Growth):
  • Assist with project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Coordinate project tasks and communicate with team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, accounting software (e.g., Xero), and CRM software.
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in the travel industry is not necessary.
  • A driver's license is a requirement.
