Management of staff

Presentation setup and compilation for EXCO and DCE meetings
Purchasing and management of office groceries and stationary
Purchasing of miscellaneous office purchases
Monthly reporting
Transportation of staff that are travelling to and from airport and/or Guatrain
Managing the petty cash.
Arranging the REDPRIDE award meetings
Invoices for verification and approval
Handling of certain expenses claims for the sales team
Upload invoices on our Ariba system
Minimum Requirements
Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification or similar qualification and/or experience.
Suitable business management diploma or degree advantageous
Previous experience within similar role
Superior business communication skills (Spoken and Witten)
Good communication skills
Computer Proficiency
Valid Code 08 driver's license and own reliable transport
