Job Description


  • Manage the CEO's inbox, schedule, and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure there are no overlapping appointments in the CEOs diary and assist with queries.
  • Researching personal tasks for the CEO and company and compiling summary documents.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Lead and schedule internal meetings with meticulous planning and coordination.
  • Constantly identify areas of improvement across the organization and make actionable recommendations.
  • Report any client, financial, HR, or administrative issues.
  • Bookkeeping (the process of recording the companys financial transactions on a daily basis).
