Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant to Directors
Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg
Salary: R20,000 - R30,000Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules and priorities for two directors.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with staff and stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience as a personal or administrative assistant, preferably in hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in fostering positive relationships within the team and clients.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry operations is a plus.
