We are looking for a
proactive, organised, and forward-thinking Personal Assistant
to provide high-level support to our senior management team at our Menlyn branch. If you're a self-starter with a knack for creative problem-solving and a passion for streamlining processes, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to senior management, including diary management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
Act as the communication bridge between management and staff, including handling confidential and time-sensitive information.
Oversee and respond to messages from customers and stakeholders received via social media platforms, escalating to the relevant managers where needed.
Assist with HR-related tasks, including staff onboarding, documentation, and maintaining personnel records.
Tackle ad hoc projects and come up with practical, out-of-the-box solutions to support business needs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience
as a personal or executive assistant to senior-level management.
Proven HR experience
and understanding of basic HR functions and documentation.
Social media proficiency
- must be comfortable managing communication across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
Neat, reliable, presentable, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advantageous:
