We're Hiring: Personal Assistant with Bookkeeping Experience
Salary: R11 000- R15 000 per month
We're looking for a Personal Assistant who's highly organised, reliable, and confident handling both admin and basic bookkeeping. This role also includes managing documentation for international orders, so attention to detail and good communication are key. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing calendars, meetings, and daily admin tasks
Handling emails, follow-ups, and general communication
Processing invoices, payments, and petty cash
Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as reconciliations and maintaining records
Documenting and tracking international orders, including invoices and shipping paperwork
Organising files, managing office supplies, and supporting with day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For:
Matric and a relevant admin or bookkeeping qualification
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with Excel and bookkeeping software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently
Experience with international documentation is a plus
