RESPONSIBILITIES
EMAIL & TASK MANAGEMENT
Manage and clear the COO's mailbox, prioritize important communications, and follow up on action items.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Assist in setting up and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows.
REPORTING & DASHBOARDS
Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to track key metrics and operational progress.
ACCOUNTABILITY & FOLLOW-UPS
Ensure tasks are completed by relevant team members, follow up on deadlines, and provide regular progress updates.
MEETING COORDINATION
Schedule and prepare agendas for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-through on action points.
GENERAL ASSISTANCE
Run errands, handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, and provide personal support to the COO as needed.
