Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical Junior Accountant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of our pharmaceutical company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day financial transactions and accounting activities.
- Managing drug inventory, analyzing sales data for pharmaceutical products, or ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry (non-negotiable).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
