Pharmaceutical Junior Accountant

Job Description


We are seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical Junior Accountant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of our pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day financial transactions and accounting activities.
  • Managing drug inventory, analyzing sales data for pharmaceutical products, or ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry (non-negotiable).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
