This role is accountable for the delivery and implementation of sales training activities that align with the needs of the sales force.The role will include assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for the entire sales organization.Training Programs.xc2xb7 Meet and Exceed sales budgets. Experience in calling on doctors and pharmacies is essentialxc2xb7 Work with National Training Manager to implement training programs / initiatives.xc2xb7 Provide ongoing review of current programs to reflect evolving needs of the organization.xc2xb7 Evaluate new training programs to determine suitability for audiences.xc2xb7 Revise existing programs, pilot new programs, and facilitate the launch of new training programs.xc2xb7 Sales Training Tools.xc2xb7 Through regular participation in meetings with Marketing and Sales, develop training centered on the launch of new products and/or new sales aides.xc2xb7 Assist in benchmarking competitive systems.xc2xb7 Analysis of Training Results.xc2xb7 Provide detailed analysis of sales agents progress through focused classroom and follow up field training activities.xc2xb7 Leadership Activities.xc2xb7 Champion the successful completion of ad-hoc training programs.xc2xb7 Exemplify the values of HDC Core Values in daily activities.xc2xb7 Contribute additional value to the training team by staying informed of the competition within the industryQualifications and skills
