Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - PolokwaneFull job descriptionA Leading Compounding Pharmacy is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and passionate sales representative to service medical practitioners, allied healthcare practitioners, and pharmacies in the Limpopo, based in Polokwane.The primary focus of this position is sales growth by gaining new business and growing current accounts.Sales Representatives who wish to apply for this position should have experience in the pharmaceutical/medical sector or homeopathic/naturopathic background.Experience in pharmaceutical compounding or proven product knowledge thereof will be very advantageous.Responsibilities:Achieve sales targetsImplement the companys sales strategyManage time well and project a highly professional imageEstablish strong relationships in a commercial environment with existing and potential customersTaking initiative in prospect for new business and evaluate the sales potential of existing customersDemonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customersMaintaining knowledge of new product development and productsUndertake relevant training as and when required in terms of skills development.Promote and maintain culture of learning and knowledge sharing amongst peersEffective management of time, country trip planning and daily route planningTimeous and accurate submission of daily call plannersQualifications and SkillsLooking for a sales rep with 1-3 years experience in external sales, within the Pharmaceutical/Medical sector.Successfully completed a minimum of Grade 12.
