Brief The successful incumbent will be required/ be responsible for:

• All duties & responsibilities of a xe2x80x9cpharmacistxe2x80x9d as required by the council
• Receipt and control of schedule 6 stock
• Maintain schedule 6 register/scripts
• Control of daily temperatures of the warehouse
• Check of expiry date of stock/stock rotation
• Investigate any drug stock discrepancies
• Maintain pre-agreed stock levels
• Review stock levels weekly and monthly
• Formulate orders for suppliers & liaise with buying department
• Maintain batch numbers and expiry dates on stock system
• Maintenance and updating of sop's
• Oversee any return of scheduled goods
• Oversee quarantine requirements of oncology stock
• Oversee destruction of expired drugs
• Oversee batch recalls
• Regular self-inspections of schedule drug warehouse/pharmacy & oncology
• Cycle/random stock counts
