Specification:
The Technical Director – Health Systems Division is responsible for: Determining operational needs of the program within the scope of the grant in close collaboration with the Managing Director: HSD. The individual will be responsible for building relationships and comprehensive and seamless systems and program work within and between the program teams and technical support functions for the success of the programme.
It’s a strategic role, directly supporting the Managing Director in the comprehensive HIV/ TB implementation grant covering parts of the Gauteng and North West Provinces programme.

Technical Work Responsibilities:
Public health Management knowledge
HIV / TB Care & Treatment implementation programmes knowledge
Data handling and analysis
Reporting
Financial management
Stakeholder management

Requirements:
Experience:
At least ten years’ experience in public health management a minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior level management
Strong technical experience related to HIV/TB implementation related programmes
Extensive experience in managing interpersonal relations within the organisation
Prior experience of working with Funders, specifically under Care & Treatment related programmes

Qualifications:
Relevant health related qualification at NQF level 8
Qualification in programme Management
