About the Job:


Join our team as a

Photo Booth Host

(photo booth attendant) and help our company grow by creating unforgettable memories for guests.

You will work at weddings, parties and corporate events, conferences, engaging with some of South Africa's top luxury wedding planners and clients. (

You need to have real confidence

- no faking it!)

This isn't just about collecting, setting up, and dropping off equipment. You will be delivering a high-end experience that matches the quality and elegance our premium clients expect.

What You Will Do:



Move Equipment:

Use your own car (a four-door sedan or bigger) to transport the photo booth and accessories to events and back to us.

Set Up and Clean Up:

Assemble the photo booth before the event and dismantle it afterward.

Keep Things Neat:

Ensure the area around the booth remains clean and organised.

Meet and Greet:

Welcome guests and encourage them to use the photo booth, ensuring everyone has a great time.

Enhance the Experience:

Offer fun poses, props, and friendly advice to create memorable moments.

Solve Problems:

Troubleshoot any technical issues with the equipment.

Follow the Dress Code:

Maintain a professional yet fun appearance by adhering to the company dress code.

Other Duties:

Carry out any additional tasks to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Training:



In-House Training:

Attend four one-hour training sessions at our location.

Live Event Training:

Work 4-6 live events during your training period to become fully event-ready.

Who We Are Looking For:



Confident and Charismatic:

Must be comfortable chatting with high-end clients and top wedding planners.

Reliable:

Must have your own car with a clean driving record.

Tech-Savvy:

Able to handle basic technical issues.

Strong and Independent:

Must be able to

lift about 27kg without assistance.

Flexible:

Available mainly from the afternoon to late nights, and

willing to drive late

(usually around 11pm, sometimes until 12am).

Age and Education:

Must be

22 years or older

.

What You Get:



Work:

Part-time, with 2-6 events per month.

Hours:

Each event runs about 6-8 hours, including travel time.

Pay:

Minimum booking pay of R900, with an additional per hour after that. You will also be compensated for travel time and mileage.

Extras:

Occasional meals provided and the opportunity to work with an elite clientele.

Experience:

A chance to gain unique insight into Cape Town's high-end event industry.
