MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience in feed mill and/ or piggery management Experience in staff management Code 08 licence Ability to speak Zulu would be advantageous Basic mechanical knowledge needed Basic computer skills needed
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Making sure feed mill operates effectively and standard operating procedures are followed Quality control of raw materials and finished feed Inbound raw material logistics and outbound finished feed logistics Stock control of raw materials Lead a team of staff working in the feed mill Fill an assistant manager position in a grower section of a piggery which includes the management of animal health, feeding and staff management
