Job Description


We are opening a new pizza restaurant and are looking for a skilled and passionate Demi - Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pizza-making, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining quality and consistency in the kitchen, while working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional pizzas.   • Prepare and craft high-quality, artisanal pizzas using premium ingredients, ensuring every dish meets the restaurantxe2x80x99s 5-star standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine pizza recipes, incorporating seasonal ingredients and new culinary trends while respecting traditional techniques.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of ingredients to avoid shortages while minimizing waste and adhering to cost control measures.
  • Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local health regulations and the restaurantxe2x80x99s high standards of cleanliness.
  • Delivering excellence in every service.
  • Assist in managing kitchen operations during busy service periods, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of orders to the highest standard.
Main requirements:
  • Culinary Certificate/Diploma
  • Preferably 2-3 years previous experience as a Demi Chef De Partie with focus on pizza making
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety regulations.
  • Creativity and passion for pizza-making, with a desire to innovate while honouring authentic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and work closely with senior chefs.
