Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducting Risk Analysis audits
- Employing flexible and analytical thinking
- Planning and execute operations to ensure a hazard free environment
- Preparing and presenting Safety & Security reports to management
- Developing strong relationships with service providers
- Meeting corporate security standards, strategies, audit action plans and managing other security systems, manuals, hardware, procedures, information technology, etc.
- Constantly evaluating risks / threats
- Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client
- Liaising daily with directors on various security operational issues
- Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports as required by Management
- Assisting the Task Team in special operations / investigations
- Dealing with all required administration matters
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 or Matric Certificate
- Diploma in Security Management
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Security at Management Level
- PSIRA Grade A
- Willing to work extended hours (24/7 Standby)
- Clear Criminal Record
- Fully computer literate (SAP and MS Office)
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
- Firearm Competency (Business Shotgun, Rifle and Handgun)
