eDeaf is looking for a Placement Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The Placement Coordinator will oversee the candidate placement process, ensuring a streamlined workflow from sourcing to post-placement support. They will work closely with Branch Manager, Placement Officer, Cultural Liaison and Administrator. The role also includes building and maintaining strong employer relationships to drive sales placement opportunities

Duties Include but are not limited to:

Oversee and refine the end-to-end placement process to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with Branch Manager, Placement officer, Cultural Liaison and Administrator to source job opportunities and match candidates to suitable roles. Work with Cultural Liaison to ensure cultural fit and soft skills readiness for placements. Collaborate with Branch Manager and Cultural Liaison to track candidate progress and placement outcomes. Identify and develop new employer partnerships for job placements. Present inclusivity solutions to companies and advocate for hiring Deaf candidates. Work with sales, branch manager and business development teams to secure long-term employment contracts. Maintain strong employer relationships and address feedback to improve hiring processes. Ensure all candidate records, job placements, and employer contracts are up to date. Work with Placement Officer and Cultural Liaison to verify documentation accuracy before submissions. Oversee compliance with placement policies, employer requirements, and company SOPs Establish a clear handover process between Placement officer, Cultural Liaison. Implement structured follow-ups to track candidate success post-placement. Streamline placement data reporting and accuracy checks Develop resources and strategies for employer training on working with Deaf employees. Ensure candidates receive adequate onboarding support for successful workplace adaptation. Monitor placement success rates and identify areas for improvement. Report on job placements, employer satisfaction, and candidate retention. Maintain data-driven insights to improve future placement strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:

xperience in recruitment, placement, or HR (preferably within an inclusivity-focused organization). Strong networking and relationship-building skills with employers. Ability to coordinate between multiple departments and stakeholders. Knowledge of Deaf culture and accessibility solutions is an advantage. Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
