Committed to sustainability and customer satisfaction, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Planner to join our dynamic team.As a Planner, you will play a key role in project management, scheduling, and coordination to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.Key Performance Areas:

• Update construction tracking document on the basis of changing and actual field performance
• Develop, maintain and meticulously crafting detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify dependencies, constraints, and potential risks and steer projects toward successful outcomes by managing project timelines.
• Budgets, and quality standards while mitigating risks and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and contribute to the timely, cost effective, and high-quality completion of projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources as per project requirements.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and action plans with project teams.
• Implement project controls and change management processes to manage scope changes and deviations from the baseline schedule.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior planners and project team members as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science
• Diploma
• Bachelor of Architecture
• Proficient in the programming of projects in Primavera P6, Microsoft Projects and Candy.
• Experience as a planner with 8+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, Renewable Energies, is preferred.
• Predominantly Civil Balance of Plant experience, with guidance from suitably experienced Engineers and Project
• Managers to plan Electrical balance of plant work for Civil & Renewable Energy Projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry standards.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Association of South Africa Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS) is a plus.
• Valid drivers license.
