Are you an organized and strategic thinker with a passion for logistics and transport management? We are looking for a

Planning & Admin Lead

to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transport operations, optimizing capacity, and driving efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:



1. Planning & Capacity Management

Proactively source and forecast truck capacity across operational corridors to meet demand. Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters to ensure reliable service, even during peak periods. Optimize truck loading to maximize efficiency and reduce cost per ton. Monitor and enhance transporter performance, negotiating favorable terms for improved reliability.

2. Administrative Oversight & Compliance

Oversee transporter onboarding, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Manage and track Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, ensuring timely submission to facilitate payments. Maintain accurate operational records and generate reports on efficiency, capacity utilization, and performance.

3. Strategic Growth & Process Improvement

Contribute to departmental strategy, driving operational growth and efficiency. Identify process improvements and implement best practices in logistics and transport planning. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance communication.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics, with atleast 1 year in a leadership role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and administrative abilities. Proficiency in logistics software and reporting tools.


What We're Looking For:

Experience in logistics, transport planning, or supply chain management. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.


Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:20 AM - 4:20 PM, and Alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
