Job Description

A 12-Months contract position has become available for a Planning Supervisor, within the Durban terminal (container).
You will report to the Planning Manager.POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Matric
• Degree / diploma beneficial.
• Knowledge in stock planning, Martitime procedures, Export Administration
• Computer literacy.
• 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Port vessel operations
• Experience with bulk, break bulk, fruit and containers.
• Logistic and operational knowledge
• Knowledge of fruit industry
• Customers/Client service excellence
• Must be able to handle conflict

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead monitor and control vessel/container/warehouse planning
• Stock control
• Effective vessel/container/warehouse planning
• Administration
• Compliance to ISO / NOSA / HACCP systems
