#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER by joining an Automotive Component Manufacturer that seeks the expertise of a Plant Engineering ManagerMinimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Plant Manager or Engineering Manager, specifically within the Manufacturing or Industrial Industry
NQF Level 6 Minimum in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required
Must have a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) Factories ticket (Non-Negotiable)
Red Seal Trade Test Qualification as a Millwright | Electrician | Mechatronics Technician
Technical knowledge of Plant maintenance operations, troubleshooting and repair techniques required
Knowledge of OSHA rules, electrical codes, and compliance regulations required
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Smart Relays, and Welding Techniques.
Proficiency in using CMMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant Engineering Software
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with policies and procedures, optimize plant maintenance strategies, and drive operational excellence
This role reports directly to the Plant Manager
Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
