Job Summary Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Plant Hire Facilitator to join a reputable civil engineering company's team. They are actively searching for a motivated and dedicated individual with profound expertise in plant hire.   • Coordinate equipment rentals
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Understand project requirements
  • Update work schedules
  • Inspect machine GET before hire
  • Manage GET stock levels
  • Audit ground conditions
  • Manage costs
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules
  • Inspect equipment
  • Arrange repairs
  • Ensure safety standards compliance
  • Plan plant transportation
  • Negotiate payment terms
  • Manage accounts
  • Ensure timely payments
Requirements
  • Valid Code B driver's license.
  • 5 years' experience in a related role.
  • Thorough understanding of the plant hire industry.
  • Proficient knowledge of plant equipment, encompassing operation, maintenance, and safety requirements, would be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
